it appears to me the start times of your source are the issue. most lines are pulled on the hour and 1/2 hour on FSB when if you look at the actual start times of most major events they start at :05 or :35 after the hour. there are a few exceptions, the NFL starts the early games straight up at 1:00 and afternoon games are usually at 4:15 .. MLB and NBA games are mostly past the hour. so the source you mention is clearly the issue !!

Freesportsbet is pretty good at start times. Not their fault that some leagues state a time then start the game minutes later
