I don't blame your insight for thinking that because I thought the same thing. I just don't think Cerrone can handle Diaz's high volume of punching.

I'm a fan of both, the Diaz brothers crack me up and Cerrone seems like a really cool guy, like Hendo one of the MMA fighters I'd love to have a beer with. I thought on paper Cerrone would win easily, so did the bookies obviously. It all comes down to the better fighter on the night and how the styles fare against the other.

I think Nate suckered Donald in to being too aggressive and wading in, by the time Cerrone was able to fight to his strengths he was already busted up. Lotsa people think the Diaz brothers are stupid but they are scholars of the fight game.

Sadly, as Greg Jackson implored, Cerrone wasn't able to muster up FIVE MINUTES OF HELL!

don't forget that Diaz's chin allows him to fight so aggressive. I think a wrestler can still lay and pray on him.
